Next comic will be Friday. Yes, this Friday. I was at a loss for a Witchy comic, so I just passed it by this time. I will be packing it in early for the holidays this year, so the last COTC of 2009 will be on Monday, December 14th. It will return on Friday, January 8th.

COTC Review at Tangents and other stuff.

We’ll do the other stuff first. I took the day off today, had to. Got gout in my foot again. I haven’t had it in quite a while, but anyway, hope to be back at it tomorrow. I’ve actually been quite busy in the last few weeks, doing COTC, guest art for another comic, a crossover, and getting involved in two collective projects. Unfortunately, I can’t talk about any of the projects w/ others just yet, though one is finished and another halfway completed. The two collective projects are in the planning stages.

For the main news bit, Tangents did another review of COTC. He tends to do them from time to time and I’m not sure I’ve ever posted anything about it. Well, it’s about time I did. Here’s Tangent’s most recent review. Tanget’s has reviewed and mentioned COTC quite a few times. You can find all the articles here. Thanks, Robert!

New Site Update

Thanks again to Frumph for upgrading COTC to Comicpress 2.8. Trawling through the archives will be a bit easier as well as the site navigation. There is now a “random comic” button on the site nav. Look for the bullseye looking thing in the navigation. Also, a lot of the missing comics have been restored. There are apparently a lot of widgets and stuff to play with in 2.8, so you may notice some changes in the next few weeks. Finally, to give credit where credit is due, the header was originally designed by Frumph.

LGBT Webcomic Charity Art Auction!

Hi Cats,

If you recall I did a piece of Rose and Chelsea in the graveyard a few weeks back. As I said, it was for an auction and that auction has begun. All proceeds from the auction will go to Point Foundation, which give scholarships and mentors deserving LGBT students. The auction will go from today, Monday, June 20th, until Friday, June 24th.

To bid on Rose and Chelsea, just click on the picture below or go to the eBay Store. The winner of the auction will receive both the original pencil sketch as well as a full color, 12×17 inch print (pictured below). The print is signed, but the sketch is not.

Another Update

Hi Cats. I went to the eye doctor again today and everything seems to be fine. My eyesight is still bothering me, same thing as last year, but I’ve been told it will clear up eventually. I hope to have an update of the comic later in the week. Meanwhile, I’ve been working on a piece for a LGBT charity auction every now and again, so this is a work in progress. Anyway, it’s just to slap something up here.
