Is Mel’s enemy meant to be a snow leopard or just a paler coated Panthera pardus (standard leopard)? It’s great to see Mel in her wereleopard form and kicking ass; it so often happens off screen or is over shadowed by Chelsea.
Part of this particular tussle is about the sword, it would appear to have been Xiang’s at one time — so Mel’s giving it the heave-ho off of the building could be seen as one more insult before getting blood on each other’s claws.
I think that throwing away that sword was a mistake.
On the other hand, Mel can only be killed by kin so it’s not as reckless as it first seemed. Still, if she’s incapacitated…
I would have hung on to that sword a little longer, perhaps… Still, this should be an interesting fight!
